The GST rate is 12.5%. A minimum two night hire applies for overnight stays or a service fee applies for single night bookings. Rates for Special Events are by negotiation.

Rates Include: Exclusive use of the property, use of all on site facilities including golf course, breakfast, evening meals & daily maid service.

• Child Policy Children welcome. Extra bed configurations available by arrangement.
• Check In 2.30pm or earlier by prior arrangement. Check Out 11.00am on day of departure
• Payment Terms A deposit of 25% of the total nights booked confirms the rental period, with the full outstanding balance being due and payable 30 days prior to arrival.
  
• Cancellation Policy Cancellations made in writing within thirty (30) days prior to the start date of the booking will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the nights booked. Bookings cancelled within fourteen (14) days prior to the start date of the booking will incur a 100% cancellation fee. We will make every effort to re-book the space and, if successful, we will reimburse your payment, less a fee of 20% of the total cost of the nights booked.
